Our TOS is very simple. You agree with it automatically when hiring one of our strippers. We don't have these terms of service for any other reason than to protect us and our performers from unreasonable, difficult and/or abusive customers.

• We do not secure performers until we have received the booking fee/deposit. You will increase the likelihood of getting the performer(s) you want by booking well in advance and paying the booking fee/deposit as soon as possible.

• You must be available to answer calls from us for the 6 hours leading up to the booking. If there is a problem with the booking that requires your input, and we cannot reach you, you may lose your deposit and will be required to pay the full booking cost, as it will be treated as a "no-show".

• The booking fee/deposit is not refundable. The booking fee/deposit is our fee to organise the performers. Also, when performers commit to a job they have to turn down other opportunities. A cancellation is quite serious: it affects the performers and our business.

• If you cancel your show and don't tell us, or if the performer shows up but nobody is there, or the performer couldn't find the address and you didn't pickup the phone, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before the show, you will lose your booking fee/deposit AND you will be asked to pay 70% of what the performer would have been paid on the night. We will route that money straight to the performer, who will have most likely turned down work because of your cancelled booking. Should this happen, we will charge you $10/day as money recovery fee for each day you are late with your payment, starting from the day after your missed booking.

• Performers normally show up around the booking time (+- 20 minutes). If, for some extreme and unforeseen reason, the performer is running later than 30 minutes or can't make the booking, we will call you and make an alternative arrangement. You have the right to refuse the new arrangement and instead can receive a full refund of your booking fee/deposit. However, if you are unreachable by phone, are abusive or difficult to communicate with, or in anyway prevent us from making alternative arrangements with you, we will (at our discretion) refuse you a refund.

• We always do our very best to get performers of your preference for your booking. However, this is not always possible as unforeseen circumstances may require us to send you an alternative performer as a replacement.

• If a performer decides that you or your guests have acted inappropriately during a show, he or she can (at their discretion) cut the performance short and you will lose your money.

• If for any reason you don't pay the booking fee or the performer, we will share your information (name, number, address, booked performers) with other agencies, and will be added to Australia's black list and may find it hard to organise a performer again.
